The last few days we have been running a few new ad campaigns and since the growth was so high we filled up all of our Managed VPS servers. Because of this we were out of stock in the US/UK and NL.

We have shipped new servers to all three locations. The United States VPS servers are up and running. If you would like to place an order on a VPS in the US you can do so now. UK and NL are still out of stock.

cPanel Update 11.28 – All servers complete

We have successfully updated all of our servers to the latest cPanel version 11.28. There were a few bug fixes and some new features:

Security policy
WHM and cPanel account owners can now:
* Set a maximum password age. (Once the password hits that age, it must be reset.)
* Require users from unrecognized IPs to answer security questions before they can access the server’s cPanel, WHM, and webmail interfaces.

Database Mapping
This feature provides greater flexibility in naming databases and database users.
As a result, for accounts that migrate to cPanel from other control panels, applications like blogs and forums will work with minimal changes.

Horde Groupware Webmail Edition
cPanel now provides Horde Groupware Webmail Edition, which allows for sharing of calendars, contacts, and tasks.

Redesigned WHM interfaces
The Tweak Settings, Exim Configuration Editor, and Basic cPanel/WHM Setup screens have been reorganized in the following ways:
* Tabs now divide settings into logical categories.
* Each interface now warns users when they try to enter invalid data.
* A Search field makes it easier to find specific settings.

New Video Tutorials for our Clients and Resellers!

If you are like me then you hate reading instructions. I just want to get something working and get to the exciting part without reading for an hour on how to install or do something. Well that is about to change!

We have just released Video Tutorials for our clients and resellers.

Clients:

All you have to do is navigate to tutorials.tmzhosting.com to view all of our video tutorials. We covered the most asked questions, but always keep on updating our database. We try to make things as easy as possible for our clients so we hope you enjoy this feature!

Resellers:

You will now be able to install these tutorials into your website or use them with one of our pre-made templates. You will also be able to put in your own logo at the top just like we have. When we update our database of videos yours get’s updated too! All of this is included for FREE with any of our reseller plans. If you are a current reseller and would like this for your clients please contact support@tmzhosting.com and we will get them installed.

If you would like something covered in our tutorials that is not currently there please contact us and we will put it on our list.

New things coming to TMZHosting!

This year has been pretty good to us. We have just moved to our new offices and hired more staff. We are now trying to concentrate more on improving our customer support and interacting with our clients more.

This is what we are currently working on:

1. New Forum. We have cleaned out the old forum we had and we integrated in our website. Now you can communicate with current and future TMZHosting Clients. You can ask for feedback, leave testimonials, ask questions that do not need emergency assistance and just chat. You can also recommend new things that you would like to see.

2. New Blog. As you can see this is our first blog post on our new blog. We will constantly be posting new updates here, tips and coupons so you can save! We will also be posting emergency maintenance and similar things.

3. New Staff and Offices. We just recently moved into our new offices. We also hired new staff to keep up with the demand. We are advertising a lot more so that means we need to raise our support and sales staff. Support request’s will be answered mush faster and orders will go through much quicker.

4. Twitter. Check our Twitter profile regularly for updates and coupons! twitter.com/tmzhosting
